If it's dynamically generated, then there's no reason for you to create the schedule page at all. SlipStream will do it for you. Want to lump activities together, such as a set of workshops? You can do that too! The site will create a single item in the schedule that will expand to show the individual activities. With date, time, speaker, topic, room assignment, description and attached graphic, the page not only serves as an effective communication tool for those visiting the site, it can be used as a powerful, internal tool for your staff as well. |

And if you need to change any event details, like a speaker or room assignment change, the schedule will update itself when you correct the data in the activity's record. This doesn't just help your site visitors, it's powerful enough your staff to use. With just a few clicks they know what is scheduled in each room. Do they need to know what room to send a speaker to? Check the dyanmic schedule by clicking on the speaker's name. Even your speakers can use it to know where to go and when. |
